Use this as the perfect crust dunking companion for those that love to savour each slice. A slightly spicy, creamy, dollop of freshness, it adds a grand finale to your pizza. Also useful any for meal prep, use any leftovers as a spread for a BLT, or for a bouji dip for any sort of cold, crunchy vegetable.
Ingredients:
- Crushed Sautéed Garlic
- Pepperoncino
- Chopped Capers
- Chopped parsley
- Mayo
- Buttermilk
Instructions:
Cook time: 3 mins
- Add one heaped teaspoon of Vincenzo’s Peperoncino to a small bowl
- Add in the mayonnaise and stir with a fork or spoon, and gently mix
- If you prefer the consistency a little thinner, then add in your buttermilk (or little olive oil)
- Using a sharp knife, finely chop your parsley, dill, and salted capers and scrape in to the bowl
- Pour in your pickle juice and mix through
- Season with sea salt and pepper (coarsley ground pepper is always best!)
- Spoon into your favourite dipping bowl
