Vincenzo's Dip

Use this as the perfect crust dunking companion for those that love to savour each slice. A slightly spicy, creamy, dollop of freshness, it adds a grand finale to your pizza. Also useful any for meal prep, use any leftovers as a spread for a BLT, or for a bouji dip for any sort of cold, crunchy vegetable.

Ingredients:

  • Crushed Sautéed Garlic
  • Pepperoncino
  • Chopped Capers
  • Chopped parsley
  • Mayo
  • Buttermilk

  

Instructions:

Cook time: 3 mins

  1. Add one heaped teaspoon of Vincenzo’s Peperoncino to a small bowl
  2. Add in the mayonnaise and stir with a fork or spoon, and gently mix
  3. If you prefer the consistency a little thinner, then add in your buttermilk (or little olive oil)
  4. Using a sharp knife, finely chop your parsley, dill, and salted capers and scrape in to the bowl
  5. Pour in your pickle juice and mix through
  6. Season with sea salt and pepper (coarsley ground pepper is always best!)
  7. Spoon into your favourite dipping bowl
