Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If your product is faulty, damaged or broken, we will offer you a refund or replacement for up to 30 days after purchase. Please email us at hello@eatkickfoods.com for instructions on how to receive a refund or replacement for your product.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us at hello@eatkickfoods.com. If the cancellation request is received before your items have been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you in full without charge.
