We primarily utilise Royal Mail Tracked 48 for the shipment of orders placed on our Shopify store. This service offers reliable tracking and delivery within 2-3 business days within the UK. Please note that International shipping may be undertaken by a different provider, and delivery times may vary for international customers.

Shipping Charges:

We offer a flat Shipping Charge of £3.99 for all orders up to £25. Orders over £25 qualify for free shipping. Please note that we reserve the right to change shipping charges at any point in time. International orders are subject to a different pricing structure.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Broken Products:

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with broken products, please contact us immediately. Claims for broken products must be accompanied by photographic evidence showing the damage. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
