Our Kick X-Hot Naga Chilli paste is way up there on the heat scale, and one way to harness that heat is to mix it into mayonnaise for a wonderfully spicy dipping sauce that's perfect with chips.
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of your favourite mayonnaise (we love Hellmann's)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Kick X-Hot Naga Chilli paste
- 1 clove of garlic
Instructions:
- Add your mayonnaise to a small bowl
- Grate in one clove of garlic and add the half teaspoons of X-Hot Naga Chilli paste
- Mix through thoroughly
- Serve alongside a portion of chips
