We’re warning you…

Proceed with extreme caution! This chilli paste is another level of hot, and we recommend adding a little at a time, until it reaches your desired heat level.

Simply dolloping it onto your food won’t end well!

The Naga Chilli

Also known as the Ghost Pepper or Bhut Jolokia, the Naga Chilli hails from India and Bangladesh, and this fiery little pepper is intense. It clocks in at 1 million Scoville units, or up to 200 times hotter than a jalapeño, and until 2011, it held the title of the world’s hottest chilli!

The Naga Chilli itself also has notes of smokiness and fruitiness, but as you’d expect, heat is the main sensation!

How should I use it?

We mix it into mayo or yoghurt to create a spicy dip, or add it as the base for a particularly hot curry.
