If you have the time, cook low and slow otherwise chuck everything in a pressure cooker for a meal to impress.

Ingredients:

1.4kg brisket, exterior fat trimmed lean

5 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp Kick Garlic Ginger Paste

1 tbsp Kick Chipotle Paste

3 tbsp mirin
-
2 tbsp honey

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Slow cooker (4-6 hours):
- Cut the brisket into equal sized chunks across the grain
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours
- Check meat is tender and shred with a fork
- Crack some coarse black pepper and you’re ready to go!
Pressure cooker (1hour 30 mins):
- Cut the brisket into equal sized chunks across the grain
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well
- Cook on high pressure for 1 hour 30 mins
- Check meat is tender and shred with a fork
- Crack some coarse black pepper and you’re ready to go!
