Fresh salsa can really elevate a weeknight meal, adding notes of freshness, texture and heat, and the good news is that our Kick Pico de Gallo takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- One red onion
- 10-12 baby plum tomatoes (or two standard tomatoes)
- Juice of half a lime
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- One heaped teaspoon of Kick Chilli Garlic Oil
Instructions:
- Roughly chop your tomatoes, and finely chop your red onion
- Combine in a bowl, and add your other ingredients
- We recommend leaving the ingredients to marinate together for 10-15 minutes, prior to serving
- Serve with tacos or our Kick Tempeh Fajitas
