Bombay Toast

Meet your new breakfast obsession: Bombay Toast! Bursting with the flavours of Kick Garam Masala and Kick Ginger Garlic Paste, it’s a game-changer for your morning meals.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • ½ tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Kick Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Kick Garlic Ginger paste
  • 1 green chilli
  • ¼ red onion
  • Few fresh mint leaves to serve
  • Handful of coriander leaves

Instructions:

  • Preparation:
    • Chop the red onion, chilli, and herbs.
  • Mixing the Ingredients:
    • In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them.
    • Add all the ingredients except the fresh mint leaves and only half of the coriander.
  • Soaking the Bread:
    • Add the slices of bread to the egg mixture.
    • Let the bread soak up the egg on both sides.
  • Cooking:
    • Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add the eggy bread to the pan.
    • Cook on one side for 2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cooked through.
    • Repeat with the remaining slices of bread until all the egg mixture has been used.
  • Serving:
    • Serve with more chopped herbs and a healthy dollop of ketchup.
